Buy local or brew your own. Anybody can brew beer. Everybody should brew beer. Do it your way.
or you could be like me and bottle it to soon... now there is about 8oz of clear goodness and ton of sediment. Don't pour to fast of you'll have some floaters!
Yeah, I've had a tough time adjusting to fruit fermentation. It's different than beer. I'm guessing the pectin has something to do with it, but, I don't really know/remember.
