Bake barley bread with spent grain, malt extract...

That's what I want to do. I'm thinking this book will help me do it. Bought it about a year ago and love it. Once you get their method down you can mix up the dough and have fresh bread everyday. I've been sharing mine during our holiday travels.

There's a recipe for beer bread and one for barley bread and maybe some others that will be helpful. I've been baking buckwheat bread, stollen and wheat bread. Time to brew and use my spent grains.
