Is it time to go all grain?

I have a mash tun, hot liquor tank and a brew kettle. I guess I'll need to see what else is on the list.

Any suggestions?

Yea, do it. It's great and not nearly as terrifying as people make it sound. Can you make loose leaf tea? If so, you can go all-grain. Just have a few more hours free. Love the site.

I'd suggest a wort chiller of some wort. Although, I've heard the Aussies just let it cool in a sanitized, sealed tub overnight.

Chiller, got it. I built a new one out of half inch pipe...forgot about that.

Ordered a fly sparge arm too for the Sabco.
